At Divine Soul Expansion, we respect your right to privacy and want to provide you with information on how we collect, handle and store your personal information.

Divine Soul Expansion will only obtain your personal information for the following uses:

to contact you regarding your session or appointment.
to contact you regarding any online courses you have purchased.
to send you emails if you have subscribed to our mailing list (you may unsubscribe at any time).

All payments and credit card details provided are processed securely through the Squarespace (website payments) or Square (over the phone payments) platforms, these details will not be shared outside of these platforms.

Any physical notes from client sessions are locked securely within the Divine Soul Expansion studio office and access is not permitted to anyone besides the business owner.

Any digital notes from client sessions are stored securely on the business owners’ laptop (with sufficient security protection) without obvious reference to specific client details (ie using first name and/or date references only).
