1:1 SESSIONS -

I completely understand, sometimes life gets in the way of plans.

Should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, I kindy ask you to provide at least 24 hours notice in advance via email or phone. In doing so, you have the option of rescheduling your session or requesting a refund (less bank/merchant booking fees, typically <3% depending on method of payment).

If notice is provided between 4 and 24 hours prior to your session, you will receive a credit to reschedule your session.

In the event of a no show, or you advise of cancellation with less than 4 hours notice, unfortunately no refund or credit will be provided. This is due to the considerable time and energetic investment your practitioner spends prior to your appointment in setting a sacred space and preparing for your session.

If you are delayed in arriving for your session, please understand that your session time may need to be cut short to complete at the originally scheduled completion time. I thank you in advance for respecting the practitioners time, and time allocated to clients after your original booking.

ONLINE PROGRAMS/COURSES -

All course sales are final and non-refundable. Please carefully consider this before committing to this time and energetic investment in your personal growth.

Certain programs have a time extension allowance, please read this in the course details.

If something significant (eg death or hospitalisation) prevents you from commencing a group course on the start date, please get in touch to move your booking to the next available course commencement date.

If you are uncertain for other reasons (eg internal conflict), please get in touch to discuss this prior to commencement - often this is the exact gift you need to move past internal resistance and open up to soul expansion!

WORKSHOPS -

Given the commitment required to secure and pay for a workshop space and limited tickets being available, unfortunately all workshop sales are final and non-refundable.

However please get in touch to discuss your circumstances, and a future workshop offering may be able to be offered instead.
